What to wear on an interview date or what to wear while attending an interview is the most common question that arises. It always good to know what one should wear while attending an interview. In any interview for that matter the Employer looks out for the skill sets and also for the right person who knows to carry himself after all the employee of the company is going the one who is going to represent the company.

While attending an interview the candidate must ensure that he is well dressed. It is always better to wear a formal dress when attending an interview. As the formal wear is universally accepted dress code for an interview.

One can wear a formal shirt with full sleeves with a formal cotton pant with a tie, which is a composition of a perfect formal wear. One should definitely avoid flashy colors when attending an interview as flashy colors to do not impress the interviewer or employer either. The formal shirt should be properly inserted and it is good to wear a leather belt along with leather shoes. The shoes should be polished neat and clean.

It is always good to avoid casual wear for an interviewer as it creates an impression that the candidate is lethargic and not very bothered about the work which should be avoided in an interview by all means. Jeans and T shirts are definitely not encouraged by any organization for an interview.
