Personal Interview

Personal Interview is mostly the last round of an interview. In the personal interview they basically try to figure out the attitude of the candidate. In order to get through to personal interview the candidate should clear all the other rounds in an interview process where they basically test the skill sets of the candidate.

Personal interview is the important feature of an interview process as mentioned earlier in this they try to gauge a person. Points that one should remember while attending a personal interview are quite a few.

The First and foremost thing that one should concentrate while attending a personal interview is to answer the interviewer question’s appropriately with no lack of confidence. He should feel comfortable while answering and also should be able to make the interviewer feel comfortable with the answers.

One should always be able to project all his achievements and also be able to create confidence in the interviewer by explaining the way he works and the character that he shows and also the respect that he gives for any organization that he is working.

If there had been any incident in which the candidate has done any mistake and if there is any question raised regarding that, the candidate should be confident enough to admit that mistake and explain the interviewer the reason for it and also should also explain him briefly as to how he was able to overcome it.

Thus in a personal interview it’s all about the character and attitude and the respect that he/she shows towards the organization matters a lot.
